the black wolf Feb 19, 2010by amanda3 Comments

So I had some free time and I didn’t know what to draw. I started sketching in photoshop and this came out. I think my mind thought it would be fun to draw a wolf and a girl because I’m reading a novel that takes place on a farm during WWII and centers around mysterious coyotes. I know wolves and coyotes aren’t the same, but they’re similar! I used to dream about wolves living under the giant pine tree in our backyard. Sometimes they scared me and sometimes they were my friend. I’m convinced that part of my childhood self thought they were real. They have such a frightening majesty about them.
