The Nymph
This is the story I wrote for my fiction class this past fall. It was workshopped and then revised for a final grade. It’s still a middle/almost final draft, but I am happy with how it turned out. I’m really getting into refining my “voice” which has a thick lyrical tone and sometimes takes on the quality of poetry. That’s why getting a positive response to language of this story was encouraging. I got great feedback on the characters and all of the metaphors and imagery used and I have come to love the fantastic elements in it. Hope you enjoy!!
