The dandelion animation is finished! Done! Finito! I’m excited to have completed such a big project on my own, all those long hours drawing horses and girls was completely worth it. I put the video on my portfolio (a very compressed version, but still decent) as well as on Vimeo and YouTube! I wish I could put the full res movie online, but alas, it would take way too long to load :(

Portfolios went out to employers today! I’m applying to some amazing companies and I can’t wait to start calling and hearing from them, but this weekend I need to sit tight and work work work for school. We are getting into the visual exploration for the redesign of Findlay Market’s website, I think I’m going to give it a vintage, yet urban/city appeal. In motion I’m in the proccess of storyboarding the Leo animtion, it’s going to be so fun to illustrate! In another class I just finished our 3d still life project in Cinema 4d (below). Next project is to animate a 3d logo…all this motion has me super pumped for the rest of the quarter! :) On the non-daap side, fiction class is getting to be more enjoyable as we start to workshop student stories, there are some talented writers in our class. I won’t be workshopped until November 20th and if I like my story, I just might post it!
